We ship our products next day after completion. If multiple items are ordered, we will ship your order when all the products have been completed. We kindly ask that if you have rush orders, please order them individually.
We accept Interac e-transfer and stripe. Stripe is accepted by all major credit cards.
We offer a full credit on all returned supplies and products for up to 2 days from the date the product was received by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will apply for all returns between 3 and 10 days. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the products are damaged, be sure to describe the damages on the bill of lading before signing. When there is concealed damage, save the packaging for inspection. Returns must be in original package and in resalable condition. The items will not be accepted if it is not accompanied by an authorization number. If the returned item or packaging is not in a resalable condition, no credit will be issued.
Please note that printing material, custom orders and special orders are considered final and cannot be returned.
